Pump Unloader or Bypass Valve

Model #D-1012-NO,
1-1/4” 3,500 PSI Two-Way Valve used to bypass discharge flow of a positive displacement pump back to reservoir. A normally open valve is usually chosen so the pump will unload in case of a control failure.

3/4” 3,500 PSI Two-Way Valve mounted on a Triplex plunger pump to bypass water from the discharge side back to the suction side at nominal pressure.

Air-Over-Water Accumulator Safety Shut Off Valve (ASSO Valve)

Model #D-1268,
6” 3,000 PSI Pilot Operated Check Valve (PO Check) is used to protect against loss of pre-charge in the accumulator when liquid level drops too low. The valve is mounted at the discharge port and controls flow to the system through the blue pipe.
