High-Pressure Inlet Valve

Specializing in standard and custom high-pressure valves for
water hydraulics and other high-pressure water systems.

SEQUENCE OR high-pressure INLET VALVES

FOR WATER, 95/5, OR OIL SERVICE

Two views of a brass valve: the top shows the exterior with three part numbers labeled, while the bottom shows a cross-sectional view with a different part number, revealing internal components. Blue arrows indicate the labeled parts.
The Valv-Trol high-pressure Inlet Valve, sometimes called a Sequence Valve, is most often used to admit the higher pressure fluid in a two pressure hydraulic system. When a pre-determined low pressure is reached in a press or cylinder, the pressure lifts the piston which opens the high-pressure orifice.
The “automatic” action of this valve can eliminate the need for external controls.

With the addition of a diaphragm top (model C-0152), the valve may be held closed by 35 PSI (2.4 Bar) air pressure. This is commonly used to eliminate or delay high-pressure “kick-in” until a later part of the cycle. With no air pressure on the diaphragm, the model C-0152 works like the standard B-0511 valve.

Renewable trim is made of hardened stainless steel.
Proven to be very resistant to the effects of corrosion, wear, and wire drawing for longer service life.

Piston is fully-guided.
Results in ideal alignment of the seat and disc.

Maintenance is simplified

The Valv-Trol Advantage .
Many parts of Valv-Trol Valves are interchangeable between the same size 2-way, 3-way, and check valves. This helps you to reduce your spare parts inventory and allows us to maintain a more complete inventory for your emergency availability and shorter lead times
Our valves are all subjected to 100% pressure testing to ensure a drop tight seal before we ship to our customers.

part 2

MODEL B-0511 150-400 PSI (10-28 Bar)

Technical drawing of a mechanical valve assembly in cross-section, showing internal components such as springs, discs, gaskets, and labeled parts with reference numbers and dimensions for manufacturing or assembly.

part 3

MODEL C-0152 150-400 PSI (10-28 Bar)

Technical diagram of a pressure regulator valve showing a cross-sectional view; labels with leader lines indicate parts such as the cap, diaphragm, piston, stem, spring, gaskets, and body.

SEQUENCE OR high-pressure INLET VALVES

part 4

MODEL B-0513 400-2000 PSI (28-138 Bar)

Technical diagram of a mechanical valve with labeled internal parts, including a spring, bushings, gaskets, O-rings, thrust plate, and adjustment screw. Arrows show flow direction; dimensions are also indicated.

MODEL B-0530 50-150 PSI (3-10 Bar)

Technical diagram of a pressure relief valve showing a labeled cross-sectional view with parts including screw, lock nut, thrust plate, spring, cap, stud, nut, piston, rings, disc, seat, gasket, and body. Flow direction indicated.
White logo with the text "VALV-TROL" in bold letters, a stylized wing design to the left, and an image of a valve inside the letter "O"; the text "SINCE 1947" appears below the logo.

Valv-Trol's versatile valves have been designed for usage in a wide variety of industrial applications.
